When confirming your order, you also confirm acceptance of these terms and conditions.
All information transmitted will remain strictly confidential. The email adress will only be used for communications concerning your order. No information collected will be shared with a third party.
All prices posted on Le Cordonnier Bien Chaussé's website are in Canadian dollars, before taxes and delivery charges. Taxes and delivery charges will be shown in your cart. The full payment is required in order to finalize the order. Delivery charges will be automatically calculated for deliveries to Canada.
In Le Cordonnier Bien Chaussé's online store, paypal payments and card payments are accepted. The order will be shipped when the entire invoice is paid.
Delivery charges are based on the weight and volume of the items ordered. Orders with a total amount of $50 or more before taxes will automatically be shipped for free.
Online orders are shipped across Canada from our store in Chambly, Quebec. If the product is not backorder, it will be shipped in less than 48 hours. Deliveries in Quebec, take generally one to three business days and three to five business days for Ontario. However, weekends and holidays may result in additional delays. Le Cordonnier Bien Chaussé cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery attributable to the carrier (Canada Post).
Return of goods purchased online
The products sold in the Cordonnier Bien Chaussé's online store are brand new and guaranteed.If any item should be defective or does not correspond to your
expectations, Le Cordonnier Bien Chaussé agrees to exchange or
refund it at no cost within 10 days of the delivery date.

If, for another reason, you wish to return a product purchased in Le Cordonnier Bien Chaussé's online store, you can exchange it, obtain a credit note or a refund. The return must be done within 10 days of the delivery date. In the case where the product has no defect, the shipping costs will not be refundable.
